Welcome to Allin HRC. My name is Sherrie Allin, and have over two decades of experience as an innovative HR leader. I specialize in partnering with organizations to drive cultural transformations that make a lasting impact.
As an executive Human Resources consultant, coach, and leader, my focus is on fostering meaningful change for organizations, teams, and leaders through targeted development, strong relationships, and thoughtful strategies.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding companies to win multiple Best Places to Work awards by leading deep and lasting cultural transformations. Holding dual master’s degrees, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from Antioch University, my academic background complements my passion for organizational success. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.
I am proud to enhance my career with a range of professional certifications that highlight my dedication to the HR field. These include the Certified Benefit Professional (CBP) credential from World at Work, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), from HRCI, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
I am a certified coach through Seattle Life Coaching and hold leadership facilitation training certifications from the Blanchard Institute and Fierce, Inc. I have training as a Gallup Leadership Strengths facilitator and experience facilitating the DISC Profile and Patrick Lencioni’s "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team." Additionally, I have achieved tremendous success facilitating Harvard Business Publishing’s ManageMentor leadership development program for high-potential individuals and new leaders.
